Ingredients

Instructions
1. Brew the Tea
Brew ½ cup chamomile tea and allow it to cool to room temperature.
2. Prepare the Ingredients
Peel the banana and slice it into chunks for easier blending.
3. Blend the Smoothie
Add the cooled chamomile tea, banana, honey, milk, and ice cubes into a blender. Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
