  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Mediterranean Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Topping

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or feta cheese)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 13-inch baking dish with olive oil.

2. Season the Chicken and Vegetables
