Description

This Bruschetta Dip is a quick, fresh, and creamy appetizer made with herbed cheese, juicy tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Ready in just 10 minutes, it’s perfect for parties, gatherings, or a simple snack that feels a little fancy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (6.5 oz) Alouette cheese with herbs (or Boursin)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (or reduction)
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving a small border around the edges.
  2. Evenly sprinkle the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
  3. Add the fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze across the entire dish.
  5. Serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.

Notes

Boursin cheese works perfectly as a substitute for Alouette.

For extra flavor, lightly salt the tomatoes before adding them.

Best served fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Toasted garlic baguette slices elevate this dip even more.
