Description
This Bruschetta Dip is a quick, fresh, and creamy appetizer made with herbed cheese, juicy tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Ready in just 10 minutes, it’s perfect for parties, gatherings, or a simple snack that feels a little fancy.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (6.5 oz) Alouette cheese with herbs (or Boursin)
- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (or reduction)
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette (for serving)
Instructions
- Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly sprinkle the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
- Add the fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze across the entire dish.
- Serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
Notes
Boursin cheese works perfectly as a substitute for Alouette.
For extra flavor, lightly salt the tomatoes before adding them.
Best served fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Toasted garlic baguette slices elevate this dip even more.
