Description

Perfect for busy lunches or easy dinners, this recipe delivers classic Caesar salad flavors in a satisfying handheld wrap.

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss until everything is well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 15–30 seconds per side, or microwave them between paper towels until soft and pliable.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and divide the Caesar mixture evenly in the center.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Slice in half or serve whole and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but the filling can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep.
