- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons

- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss until everything is well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 15–30 seconds per side, or microwave them between paper towels until soft and pliable.
- Lay each tortilla flat and divide the Caesar mixture evenly in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

Notes
