Description
Cinnamon Apple Grape Salad is a fresh, cozy fruit salad made with crisp apples, juicy grapes, toasted pecans, and a warm cinnamon-honey dressing. It’s quick to make, naturally sweet, and perfect for brunch, holidays, or a light dessert.
Ingredients
3 medium apples, diced (skin on)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cups red grapes, halved
½ cup pecans or walnuts
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Add the pecans or walnuts and toast for 3–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant. Remove from heat, let cool, then roughly chop.
Dice the apples into bite-sized pieces and immediately toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Wash and halve the grapes lengthwise.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Add the apples, grapes, and chopped nuts to a large bowl.
Drizzle the cinnamon-honey dressing over the fruit and gently fold until evenly coated.
Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
Notes
Use crisp apples like Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala for best texture.
This salad can be made up to 24 hours ahead; store covered in the refrigerator.
For a nut-free version, omit nuts or substitute toasted pumpkin seeds.
Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for extra freshness.
