  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into thin strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Prepare three bowls: flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs.
