4 cups chicken broth

¼ cup + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 cups milk (any percentage)
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Boil the vegetables and ham:

Notes
Regular cooked ham can be used instead of honey ham.
