To Finish:

  • Additional olive oil for greasing
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Fresh parsley or herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and instant yeast. Add olive oil and warm water, stirring until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1–2 hours until doubled.
  2. Generously grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Transfer dough and gently stretch to fit. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil over low heat. Add garlic and salt, cooking until fragrant (do not brown). Remove from heat.
  4. Press deep dimples into the dough with your fingers. Drizzle garlic oil evenly over the surface.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, herbs, and flaky sea salt on top.
