For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Caesar Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Season to taste.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds until soft.
- Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla. Add shrimp, romaine lettuce, Parmesan, and optional toppings.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Swap mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter dressing option.
Add Cajun or blackened seasoning for a spicy variation.
Use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas for a low-carb option.
Best served fresh to keep the wraps crisp and flavorful.
