Description

Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a quick and flavorful meal made with smoky grilled shrimp, crisp romaine lettuce, and creamy homemade Caesar dressing wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for busy weeknights or a satisfying lunch.

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Season to taste.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds until soft.
  5. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla. Add shrimp, romaine lettuce, Parmesan, and optional toppings.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Swap mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter dressing option.

Add Cajun or blackened seasoning for a spicy variation.
