Description

Creamy, smoky, and irresistibly rich, these Million Dollar Bacon Deviled Eggs are the ultimate appetizer for parties, holidays, and everyday snacking. Crispy bacon, tangy seasoning, and velvety yolks come together to create a crowd-pleasing bite everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • 4 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Smoked paprika, for garnish

  • Fresh chives, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan in a single layer and cover with cold water by 1 inch.

  2. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat.

  3. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.

  4. Drain and transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.

  5. Peel cooled eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

  6. Scoop yolks into a bowl and arrange egg whites on a platter.

  7. Mash yolks until smooth, then mix in mayo, Dijon, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.

  8. Stir in most of the crumbled bacon, reserving some for topping.

  9. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves.

  10. Garnish with remaining bacon, smoked paprika, and chives.

  11. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For ultra-smooth filling, use a hand mixer or press the yolks through a fine mesh sieve.

Want extra smoky flavor?
Add a pinch of smoked salt or chipotle powder to the filling.
