Description

This Avocado Strawberry Mango Salsa is a fresh, vibrant mix of juicy strawberries, sweet mango, creamy avocado, and zesty lime. Perfect as a dip, taco topping, or a light, refreshing side dish for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced ripe mango (from 2 large mangoes)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 23 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 small lime
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)

For Serving:

  • Multigrain pita chips

Instructions

  1. Dice strawberries, mango, and avocado into small, even pieces.
  2. Finely dice the jalapeño and red onion.
  3. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
  4. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture.
