- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (10-ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the banana cream pudding mix with the crushed pineapple and juice. Stir until thickened.
- Add the cherries, strawberries, marshmallows, nuts, chocolate chips, and sliced bananas. Mix until evenly combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy. Avoid overmixing.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with extra cherries, nuts, or chocolate chips if desired. Serve chilled.
Notes
Toss bananas with a little lemon juice to slow browning.
