Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves, tightly packed
  • 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the basil leaves.
  2. Add basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
