- 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed 🥫
- 2 tbsp tahini 🥄
- 2 tbsp olive oil 🛢️
- 2 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
- 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
- ½ tsp salt 🧂
- ½ tsp ground cumin 🌿
- 2–3 tbsp water (to adjust consistency) 💦
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or sesame seeds (for garnish) 🌿✨

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Beetroot: If not pre-cooked, roast the beetroot at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes or boil until tender. Let it cool and chop into chunks.
2️⃣ Blend Everything: In a food processor, add chickpeas, beetroot, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
3️⃣ Adjust Consistency: Add water, one tablespoon at a time, and blend until creamy.
4️⃣ Taste & Adjust: Add more salt, lemon juice, or olive oil if needed.
5️⃣ Serve & Garnish: Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with parsley or sesame seeds. Serve with pita, crackers, or veggies! 🥕✨
