- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the mixture.
- Form into 4–6 evenly sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve on buns or enjoy as-is with your favorite sides.
Notes
If the mixture feels sticky, lightly wet your hands before shaping patties.
Don’t press down on the burgers while cooking—you’ll lose those delicious juices!
Add a slice of extra cheddar on top during the last minute for a melty finish.
