Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add cooked chicken and steamed broccoli to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Fold in half of the bacon and half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  8. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.

Frozen broccoli works too—just thaw and drain well.

Add a sprinkle of crushed crackers or breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
