- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add cooked chicken and steamed broccoli to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Fold in half of the bacon and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
Frozen broccoli works too—just thaw and drain well.
Add a sprinkle of crushed crackers or breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
