- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Mango Avocado Salsa
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 to 2 avocados, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh lime juice
For Serving
- Cilantro lime rice
- Corn
- Lettuce
- Cotija cheese
- Black beans
- Sour cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine salmon, olive oil, chipotle adobo sauce, garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add salmon pieces in a single layer.
- Sear the salmon on all sides for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, combine mango, avocado, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Assemble bowls with cilantro lime rice, salmon, salsa, and your favorite toppings like corn, black beans, lettuce, cotija cheese, and sour cream.
