Description

Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a viral frozen dessert made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, honey, and a crisp chocolate coating. These easy no-bake treats are sweet, tangy, refreshing, and perfect for satisfying dessert cravings with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Optional: flaky sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  2. Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared surface to form 10 clusters.
  4. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Microwave in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth and fully melted.
  7. Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer.
  8. Using a spoon, coat each cluster with melted chocolate until fully covered.
  9. Return the coated clusters to the parchment-lined tray.
  10. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  11. Freeze for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
  12. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.

Notes

Finely diced strawberries create a smoother texture and make the clusters easier to bite.

Taste the yogurt mixture before freezing and adjust sweetness if desired.

Work quickly when coating the clusters, as frozen yogurt softens rapidly.

Pistachios, almonds, or shredded coconut make delicious additions.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
