Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked beef bacon
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 68 small flour or corn tortillas

  • Chopped green onions
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.

  4. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
  6. Mix shredded chicken with softened cream cheese.
  7. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and beef bacon.
  8. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
