- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 can (10 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp oregano, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add onions, garlic, green chiles, salsa verde, chicken broth, and seasonings.
- Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
- Shred the chicken and return it to the crockpot.
- Serve it in tacos, burritos, bowls, or any way you like!
