- 1 medium zucchini, grated

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Add chicken, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, seasoned salt, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, turmeric, and cayenne to the dish. Toss well to coat.
- Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes while the oven heats.
- Stir in the uncooked rice, grated zucchini, and chicken broth.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45–60 minutes, until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff the rice gently with a fork and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve topped with tzatziki sauce, fresh herbs, and lemon wedges.
