Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (6.5-ounce) container Alouette Cheese with Herbs (or Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs)
- ½ cup tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (or balsamic reduction)
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced toasted baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Spread the herbed cheese evenly onto the center of a serving plate or small platter, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Evenly scatter the diced tomatoes over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the tomatoes.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top.
- Serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
Notes
Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs is an excellent substitute for Alouette cheese.
Pat diced tomatoes dry before adding them to prevent excess moisture.
Assemble just before serving for the freshest flavor and texture.
Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
