Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Wash and dry the arugula, then place it in a large salad bowl.
- Slice the peaches into wedges and add them to the bowl.
- Add the sliced red onion, toasted pecans, and crumbled cheese.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
