Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a rich and comforting noodle bowl loaded with juicy spiced chicken, creamy garlic broth, ramen noodles, and bold flavor. Perfect for cozy weeknight dinners or an easy restaurant-style meal at home.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

For the Broth

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

For the Ramen

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)

Optional Toppings

  • Soft-boiled eggs
  • Sesame seeds
  • Mushrooms
  • Bok choy
  • Chili flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken evenly and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Set aside.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Divide noodles into serving bowls. Pour broth over noodles and top with sliced chicken. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions, chili oil, soft-boiled eggs, or desired toppings. Serve hot.

Notes

Add extra chili flakes or sriracha for a spicier broth.

Coconut milk can replace heavy cream for a dairy-free variation.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

For extra texture, add mushrooms, bok choy, or sesame seeds.

Udon noodles work wonderfully as a substitute for ramen noodles.
