- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup heavy cream

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup heavy cream
For the Ramen
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)

- Mushrooms
- Bok choy

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken evenly and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Set aside.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Divide noodles into serving bowls. Pour broth over noodles and top with sliced chicken. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with green onions, chili oil, soft-boiled eggs, or desired toppings. Serve hot.
Notes
Add extra chili flakes or sriracha for a spicier broth.
Coconut milk can replace heavy cream for a dairy-free variation.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
