Description

This Fritos Corn Salad Recipe is a creamy, crunchy, and flavor-packed side dish made with sweet corn, shredded cheese, bell pepper, and Chili Cheese Fritos tossed in a simple dressing.   • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 (9.25-ounce) bag Chili Cheese Fritos, lightly crushed
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

Notes
