Description

These Garlic Butter Potato Wedges are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and loaded with rich garlic butter flavor. Made with simple ingredients and ready in about 30 minutes, they’re the perfect side dish for busy weeknight dinners, family meals, or casual entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 4 gold potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add potato wedges and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  6. Cook until golden brown, crispy outside, and tender inside.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan during the last 5 minutes of baking.

Italian seasoning can be substituted for rosemary.

Smaller potatoes may cook faster, while larger wedges may require an additional 10–15 minutes.

Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for the best texture.
