- 1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon filets (about 4 filets, 1-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine rice vinegar, blackberries, honey, ginger, lemongrass, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Pat salmon filets dry and brush evenly with chili garlic sauce.
- Preheat grill to medium heat and oil the grates well.
- Grill salmon for about 5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve salmon topped with blackberry sauce and your favorite green vegetables.

- Frozen blackberries can be used if fresh are unavailable—just thaw before blending.
