- 6 boneless chicken thighs (skin-on)
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 3 stalks green onions (white and green parts separated)
- 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Debone the Chicken
If needed, remove bones using a sharp knife or kitchen shears. - Prep Ingredients
Grate the garlic and slice green onions, separating white and green parts. - Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and the white parts of the green onions. - Marinate Chicken
Coat the chicken well in the sauce. Let sit for at least 15 minutes. - Cook (Air Fryer)
Preheat to 375°F. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked (165°F internal temp). - Cook (Oven)
Preheat to 425°F. Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil for 3 minutes at the end for crispy skin. - Serve
Serve over rice and top with green onions. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate longer (up to overnight).
- Add more honey if you prefer it sweeter.
