Description

This Honey Lime Basil Peach Fruit Salad is a fresh, vibrant mix of juicy peaches, berries, and basil tossed with honey and lime for a light, refreshing summer dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large ripe (but not too ripe) yellow peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
  • 6 large basil leaves, cut into ribbons
  • 12 teaspoons honey
  • Juice of ½ lime

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits. Slice the peaches into thin wedges.
  2. Add peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds to a large bowl.
  3. Slice basil leaves into thin ribbons and add to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle honey and freshly squeezed lime juice over the fruit.
  5. Gently toss everything together using tongs or a spoon.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use slightly firm peaches to keep the salad from becoming too soft.
  • Adjust honey based on sweetness preference.
  • Add basil just before serving for the freshest flavor.
  • Optional: add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
