- 1 cup blackberries
- ¾ cup blueberries
- Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
- 6 large basil leaves, cut into ribbons
- 1–2 teaspoons honey
- Juice of ½ lime
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fruits. Slice the peaches into thin wedges.
- Add peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds to a large bowl.
- Slice basil leaves into thin ribbons and add to the bowl.
- Drizzle honey and freshly squeezed lime juice over the fruit.
- Gently toss everything together using tongs or a spoon.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
