Description
These Jalapeno Peach Chicken Skewers are loaded with juicy chicken, sweet peaches, and spicy jalapeños, all brushed with a flavorful peach glaze. Easy to make in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill, they’re perfect for summer dinners, cookouts, and entertaining.

Chicken
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Skewers
- 15 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 4 yellow peaches, quartered and halved (32 pieces)
- 3 medium jalapeño peppers, halved, seeded, and cut into chunks
Peach Glaze
- ½ cup peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, salt, pepper, chili powder, and olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.
- Assemble each skewer by threading peach, chicken, jalapeño, chicken, jalapeño, chicken, and peach.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush the skewers with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 11–12 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- While the skewers cook, combine all glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth and warmed through.
- Remove the skewers from the air fryer and brush generously with the peach glaze.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes before cooking to prevent burning.
For extra heat, leave some jalapeño seeds intact.
The skewers can also be baked or grilled.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
