  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub chicken thighs with olive oil and jerk seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  4. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for a few minutes, then slice.

  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour dressing over the slaw and toss until well combined.

  9. Drizzle extra honey lime cream on top if desired and serve immediately.
