These No Bake Christmas Cheesecake Bites are creamy, festive, and incredibly easy to make. With colorful chocolate coatings and holiday sprinkles, they’re the perfect bite-sized treat for parties, gifting, or whenever you need a little holiday magic—no oven required!
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
1 cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs
½ cup whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
Red and green melting chocolate or candy melts
Holiday sprinkles for decorating
Instructions
Beat the softened cream cheese until creamy, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Melt white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals until smooth. Let cool slightly, then mix into the cream cheese mixture.
Stir in crushed graham crackers, then gently fold in the whipped topping.
Refrigerate the mixture for 30–40 minutes until firm enough to shape.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt red and green candy melts in separate bowls. Dip or drizzle over each cheesecake bite.
Add holiday sprinkles on top, then chill until set. Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
If the mixture feels too soft to roll, chill longer until firm.
Add crushed peppermint for extra holiday flair.
Store in the refrigerator for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
