- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: spinach or bell peppers

Instructions

- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add orzo and toast for 1–2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook until orzo is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Return chicken to the pot and mix well. Add optional vegetables if desired.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
- Add a splash of broth or cream if the sauce thickens too much.
- Freshly grated Parmesan melts smoother and enhances flavor.
- Great for meal prep—just reheat with a little extra cream.
