Description
Peach Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette is a sweet, tangy, and creamy homemade dressing made in minutes with fresh peaches, honey, and Dijon mustard—perfect for salads, bowls, and marinades.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ripe peach, peeled and diced (or ½ cup peach purée)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp dried thyme or 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Add peach, honey, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- With the blender running on low, slowly drizzle in olive oil until fully emulsified and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning—add more honey for sweetness or balsamic vinegar for extra tang.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake before use.
Notes
- Use ripe, juicy peaches for the best flavor.
- Frozen peaches work well—just thaw before blending.
- If the dressing thickens in the fridge, add a splash of water and shake.
- No blender? Shake everything in a jar for a rustic texture.
