- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place naan or flatbreads on the sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread pesto evenly over each flatbread, reaching the edges.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, or balsamic glaze if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.
