Ingredients

  • ½ cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Optional:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place naan or flatbreads on the sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread pesto evenly over each flatbread, reaching the edges.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, or balsamic glaze if desired.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
