  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the sweet potato into ½-inch thick rounds.
  3. Toss the rounds with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
