For the Chicken:

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Place the chicken in the crock pot.
- Add garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and all spices.
- Toss everything to coat the chicken evenly.

- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
