- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
Sweet Chili Glaze:
- ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Optional Garnish:
- Chopped cilantro
- Sliced green onions
- Sesame seeds
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F and lightly coat chicken with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- In a pan, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Simmer for 2 minutes until glossy and sticky.
- Garnish with cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges. Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
- Chicken breasts can be used but may cook faster.
- For extra crispiness, air fry 2–3 minutes longer before glazing.
- Sauce thickens as it cools—don’t overcook it.
