Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sliced red bell peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Transfer roasted peppers to a blender with garlic and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
