Description

This Vegetarian Cheesy White Bean Buffalo Dip is a creamy, spicy, protein-packed appetizer made with white beans, cottage cheese, and melty cheddar—perfect for parties, game day, or easy snacking.

  • 2 (15 oz) cans cannellini beans or great northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons diced green onion (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain and rinse the beans, then add to a food processor. Pulse until slightly chunky.
  3. Transfer beans to a large bowl. Add cottage cheese, hot sauce, dressing, 1 cup cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
