- 2 (15 oz) cans cannellini beans or great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons diced green onion (for garnish)
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Drain and rinse the beans, then add to a food processor. Pulse until slightly chunky.
- Transfer beans to a large bowl. Add cottage cheese, hot sauce, dressing, 1 cup cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread mixture into an 8-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Broil for 5 minutes until the top is golden and melted.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.
